混凝土筒体后张拉预应力灌浆堵孔原因分析及处理

CAUSE ANALYSIS AND SOLUTION OF GROUTING DUCT BLOCKAGE IN POST-TENSIONING CONCRETE TUBE STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION

某工程预应力混凝土筒体施工时发生灌浆堵孔现象 ,在分析了堵孔原因后采取了以下方法解决 :从未灌入浆体的孔道一端开始 ,按一定间隔用冲击钻在筒体混凝土表面沿孔道钻孔 ,找出已灌浆和未灌浆的分界处 ,在此处安装一排气管并封堵其他钻孔 ,再在孔道端部重新灌浆。

Grouting duct blockage occurred in post-tensioning concrete tube structure construction of a project. By analyzing the cause of blockage, following measures were taken to solve the problem: with percussion drill to drill holes with certain intervals from the end where no grouting to another end on the surface of concrete through the line beneath which grouting duct is located. When finding the blockage point, to set a ventilation pipe and then seal all holes drilled previously and then grouting again at the duct end.
