摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法将研究对象分为健康对照组(55例),单纯2型糖尿病组(54例),2型糖尿病并肥胖组(56例),分别测定身高、空腹体重、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、C反应蛋白,计算体重指数(BMI)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果与健康对照组相比,2型糖尿病并肥胖组BMI明显升高,有统计学差异(P<0.01),单纯2型糖尿病组和2型糖尿病并肥胖组FPG、2hPG、FINS、CRP、HOMA-IR均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与单纯2型糖尿病组相比,2型糖尿病并肥胖组BMI、FINS、CRP、HOMA-IR升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论慢性炎症可能与2型糖尿病的胰岛素抵抗密切相关,CRP对推测胰岛素抵抗程度及糖尿病的进展有一定价值。
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the correlation between serum high--sensitivity C--reactive pro- tein(hs--CRP) and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes, and discuss whether elevated serum hs--CRP level associated with development of type 2 diabetes. Methods Determination of height, fasting weight, fasting blood glucose ( FPG ), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, ( 2hPG ), fasting insulin ( FINS ), C reactive protein, calculated body mass index ( BMI ) and insulin resistance index ( HOMA-IR ) were calculated. The participants were divided into three groups: normal control group (55 cases), simple T2DM group (54 cases) and type 2 diabetic obese group (56cases). Results Compared with healthy control group, type 2 diabetic obese group BMI significantly increased, there was statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.01), Type 2 diabetic group and type 2 diabetic obese group FPG, 2hPG, FINS, CRP, HOMA-IR increased, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ); Compared with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus, type 2 diabetic group BMI, FINS, CRP, HOMA-IR increased, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Chronic inflammation may be associated with type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance are closely related, CRP hypothesizes that the degree of insulin resistance and progression to diabetes mellitus has some value.
