帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮治疗晚发精神分裂症的对照研究

Comparative study of paliperidone ER and risperidone in treatment of late onset schizophrenia

目的比较帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮对晚发精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法选取60例符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》(第三版)中精神分裂症诊断标准的晚发病人,随机平分为帕利哌酮缓释片组30例和利培酮组30例,共治疗8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗8周后,两种药物对晚发精神分裂症病人的疗效相当(P>0.05),帕利哌酮缓释片组和利培酮组的显效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论帕利哌酮缓释片治疗晚发精神分裂症的疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To compare the curative effects and adverse reactions of paliperidone ER and risperidone in the treatment of late onset schizophrenia. Methods 60 patients meeting diagnostic criteria of late onset schizophrenia from the CCMD- 3 were randomly divided into paliperidone ER （n ： 30） and risperidone （n ： 30） groups, and treated for 8 weeks. The efficacies and side effects were assessed by positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）, treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）. Results After 8 week treatment , the curative effects of the two drugs are corresponding （P 〉0.05）, both pali- peridone ER and risperidone showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Paliperidone ER is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of late onset schizophrenia. Its side effect is fewer.
