腹壁韧带样瘤诊治特点(附15例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of abdominal wall desmoids tumor(report of 15 cases)

目的探讨腹壁韧带样瘤的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析从2001年8月～2011年8月在我院手术治疗的15例腹壁韧带样瘤的临床资料,研究其诊治特点和效果。结果 15例本组患者都进行手术治疗,所有手术均顺利完成,无并发症。随访时间内,有2例术后复发,无转移病例和因该肿瘤死亡病例。结论腹壁韧带样瘤一种罕见的纤维组织肿瘤,易复发、无转移。可根据临床特点做出初步诊断,MRI是首选影像检查,确诊需要根据术后病理学检查。手术切除为首选治疗方法,术中要有足够的切缘,术后要密切随访。

Objective To approach the clinical feature and diagnosis and treatment of abdominal wall desmoids tumor. Methods From August 2001 to August 2011, clinical data of 15 cases of abdominal wall desmoids tumor were retrospectively analyzed. The feature and effect of diagnosis and treatment was studied. Results All patients were successfully operated without complications. During followup, there were 2 cases of recurrence, no case of metastases and dying of tumor. Conclusions Abdominal wall desmoids tumor was a rare fabric tumor, which was easy to recur and unable to metastase. Abdomi- nal wall desmoids tumor can be primarily diagnosed by clinical feature. MRI is the optimal imaging exam- ination. But the final diagnosed depend on pathology. Surgical resection is the optimal treatment. Suffi- cient cutting edge and intimate followup after operation is required.
