一个工程合同的签订,离不开技术,尤其海外工程。如果在市场前期直到签订合同都没有一个真正懂技术的人员参与,就有可能落入业主或咨询公司设下的技术陷阱,造成经济损失。技术人员在签订合同过程中对于有招标书的项目,要全面、仔细、认真研读招标书和业主提供的有关资料。技术人员应配合市场部营销人员,为签订合同而共同努力,为业主做好服务,做好参谋,配合业主做好一系列技术工作。

To sign an EPC contract, especially for overseas project, technical knowledge is a necessary condition. If no technicians to take part in the whole process from marketing investigation to contract signature, economic loss could be occurred because of technical trap set by the Owner or its consulting company. During the whole procedure of contract negotiation, technicians should carefully study the project tender documents as well as all the data documents supplied by the Owner, and they should well coordinate with the marketing persons for obtaining the contract. At the same time, they should also become a good advisor for technical servicing required by the Owner.
