摘要
液晶显示是最重要的平板显示门类,近年获得的进展极为令人鼓舞。本文阐述了液晶显示最新的进展,重点放在超扭曲向列液晶显示与有源矩阵液晶显示。对于市场与应用亦作了讨论。最后,对我国“八·五”计划期间如何发展液晶显示提出了战略与战术性的建议。
Liquid crystal display is not only the most important flat paneldisplay,but also the display branch gaining most inspiring progresses.In this paper,the latest developments of LCD devices are reviewedwith an emphasis on STN-LCDs and AM-LCDs.Futhermore,the strategicand tactical proposal for LCD R&D on the 8th 5-Year Plan are given.
