摘要
光度法测定硅酸盐试样中的镁时 ,由于大量存在的钙的干扰 ,使其应用受到限制。本文中讨论了利用显色剂偶氮氯磷Ⅲ与镁的显色反应测定硅酸盐试样中的镁。通过研究发现 ,Mg2 + 量在 0~ 2 0 μg/2 5mL范围内符合比耳定律 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 9× 1 0 4;
The reaction between Mg 2+ and CPA Ⅲ is studied.The mole absorptivity is 1.9×10 4,and the Beer ’s law is obeyed in the range of magnesium content of 0~20μg/25mL This method is able to be used in the determination of trace magnesium in water.
