透析前慢性肾衰竭患者甲状旁腺功能亢进性骨病的治疗进展被引量：1

摘要继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进发生于慢性肾功能不全早期,预防该病症必须早期干预。本文就透析前患者(慢性肾脏病III-IV期患者)的肾性骨病的治疗方面提出了系统的治疗思路,其中包括低钙血症、磷的控制、活性维生素D的应用。最后,对透析前慢性肾脏病患者肾性骨病的预防和治疗提出了建议。
