振动测试系统在粮食加工机械故障诊断及预维护中的应用

摘要 论述了设备故障诊断技术及振动监测技术,并对面粉机常见故障问题进行了分析总结。设计开发了一套无线振动监测系统,对面粉机机座振动进行了监测。利用振动监测技术,可以准确地掌握粮食加工机械的运用状态,确认维修程度,提高维修的可靠性,合理安排设备的维修周期,减少维修费用,保障生产安全,提高生产率。 This paper discussed the equipment fault diagnosis and vibration monitoring technology, and analyzed and summarized the common failure of flour machine.The design and development of a wireless vibration monitoring system, monitored the vibration of flour machine. Using vibration monitoring techniques, can accurately grasp the status of the use of food processing machinery, confirm the maintenance of the degree, improve the reliability of maintenance, reasonable arrangements for equipment maintenance cycle, reduce maintenance costs, to ensure production safety, increase productivity.
