摘要
以高方平筛为研究对象,运用Pro/E软件建立其实体模型,将模型导入到多刚体动力学仿真分析软件MSC.ADAMS中,建立刚柔耦合的高方平筛虚拟样机模型,对其进行动力学仿真分析,获得其位移及运动轨迹等信息,为高方平筛的设计、改进提供了一种新设计方法,为新产品的开发提供理论依据。
Taking square plansifler as research object, its rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype model is established through the physical screen model to be established by the use of Pro / E and to import Multi-body dynamics software ADAMS. The displacement,trajectory and other information of the square plansifter were obtained by using dynamics simulations. Provide a new design method and theoretical basis for the development of new product.
