摘要
文章对房地产销售中介代理过程中中介商的广告费用投入策略进行了研究 ,建立了最优策略数学模型 ,通过实例计算给出了最优广告费用投入方案 ,并就佣金比例、广告费用和贴现等因素进行了分析 。
In this paper, the advertisement budget strategy of a real estate broker is discussed, the mathematical model of best input strategy is setup and the result is given through a case study. Thefactors regarding commission fee percentage, advertisement cost , discount are also discussed and therelevant proposal is given.
