图象无旋转的曲轴电磁聚焦成象

摘要 在曲轴宽电子束聚焦理论和电磁聚焦成象系统理论的基础上,本文进一步发展了图象无旋转的曲轴电磁聚焦成象理论,给出了曲轴系统中获得图象无旋转的充要条件,并讨论了可获得图象无旋转系统的曲轴电场和磁场分布的若干特例。 In this paper, a theory of electrostatic and magnetic curvilinear axial imaging without image rotation has been further developed on the basis of wide electron beam focusing and theory of electrostatic and magnetic imaging.The full and necessary conditions for producing an image without image rotation in the electrostatic and magnetic focusing system with curvilinear axis have been given. Some particular examples of electrostatic and magnet ic fields w it h curvi linear axis for obtaining an imaging without image rotation have been discussed.
