摘要
内部示波器是ATE测试设备上的一个调试工具模块,它的主要功能就是可以动态地显示ATE被测芯片某个输出管脚的实时波形,是ATE测试设备进入中高端市场必备的一个模块。对于测试工程师来说,在编写测试程序或者调试测试程序的时候,相对于外部示波器来说,内部示波器的优点是非常明显的。本文主要讨论了如何在数字ATE上实现内部示波器的功能,以及实现上的一些难点和波形优化的问题。
The internal oscilloscope is a debug module of ATE test equipment. Its main function is it can dynamically display the real-time waveform of an output pin of the ATE tested chip. It is a necessary module for ATE test equipment to entering in the high-end market. When a test engineer is in preparation or debugging the test program, the advantage of the internal oscilloscope is obvious relative to the external oscilloscope. This paper mainly discusses the achievement of the internal oscilloscope on digital ATE, also the difficulty of achievement and the problem of waveform optimization.
