心衰1号联合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

The Randomized Parallel-Controlled Study on Xinshuaiyihao combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

[目的]观察心衰1号联合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组,对照组36例地高辛、呋塞米、螺内酯、福辛普利、单硝酸异山梨酯、阿司匹林肠溶片等常规治疗。治疗组38例心衰1号(黄芪30g,党参10g,麦冬20g,五味子15g,丹参、益母草各30g,椒目20g,车前子30g,猪苓、茯苓各20g,五加皮10g,赤小豆30g,葶苈子10g)1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚各50ml口服。西药治疗同对照组。观测心功能。14d为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访180d。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.11%。对照组显效8例,有效18例,无效10例,总有效率72.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。左室射血分数(LVEF)均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]心衰1号联合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,可更有效地改善心功能,缓解临床症状,提高左室射血分数。

[Objective]To observe the curative effects of Xinhuayihao in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.[Method]Adopt the method of randomized parallel-controlled study,divide the 74 no.s of inpatients and outpatients randomly into two groups as per their visiting sequence,the 36 patients in control group were treated in conventional therapy by DIgoxin,Furosemide,Spironolactone,Fosinopril,Isosorbide mononitrate,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets.The 38 patients in Therapy group were treated with xinshuaiyihao（Astragalus30g,Codonopsis 10g,Ophiopogon 20g,Schisandra 15g,Salvia and Motherwort each 30g,Zanthoxylum20g,Plantago30g,Polyporus and Poria each 20g,Wujiapi 10g,kachang jijau30g semen tingli 10g）,1 dose/day,boiled with water of 100ml,take 50ml orally in morning and same in evening.The western medicine treatment was same as control group.The cardiac function was observed.Two therapeutic courses were continued with 14days as one course.Followed up 74 cases in 180days and evaluated the curative effects.[Result]In Therapy group,18cases remarkably effective,17cases effective,3cases ineffective and the total effective rate is 92.11%.whereas In control group 8 cases remarkably effective,18cases effective,10cases ineffective and the total effective rate is 72.22%.The curative effect of therapy group is better than that of control group（P0.05） the Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） of both group were improved and that of the therapy group was better than control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]It can more effectively improve cardiac function,relieve symptoms and improve Left ventricular ejection fraction by using Xinshuaiyihao combined with western medicine in treatment of heart failure
