柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Study on CHSGS combined Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Randomized and Controlled

[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按随机数字表随机分为两组,两组治疗期间避免进食过冷过热和粗糙食物或过量的烟酒等,减少或避免对胃产生刺激。对照组35例奥美拉唑胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑片口服;胆汁或十二指肠反流,加吗丁啉片餐前口服。治疗组35例柴胡疏肝散加减(柴胡、川芎、枳壳、白芍、香附各12g,陈皮、木香、郁金、青皮各15g,甘草5g)1剂/d,煎后取汁300ml,2次/d温服.疼痛甚,嗳气明显加沉香、川楝子各12g,旋复花10g;夹血瘀者加丹参、五灵脂各10g。西药治疗同对照组,观测临床症状、胃镜检查、病理检查。4周为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效,随访15d。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效15例,有效8例,显效率77.14%。对照组痊愈5例,显效12例,有效18例,显效率48.57%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗慢性胃炎疗效满意,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe CHSGS combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic gastritis.[Method] Use random parallel control method,70 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,the two groups during treatment to avoid eating overheating and rough cold food or excessive alcohol and tobacco,and to reduce or avoid stomach irritation.The control group of 35 patients omeprazole capsules,amoxicillin capsules,oral metronidazole tablets;bile or duodenal reflux,plus domperidone tablets before a meal oral.The treatment group of 35 patients CHSGS subtraction（Bupleurum,Chuanxiong,Citrus aurantium,white peony root,Cyperus rotundus 12g,tangerine peel,wood,turmeric,peel 15g,licorice 5g）./ D,after frying juice 300ml,2 times / d,warm clothes pain and even belching obvious plus aloes,each 12g of Toosendan,Inula 10g;folder Salviae blood stasis the 10g of Wulingzhi.Western medicine with the control group,the observation of clinical symptoms,endoscopy,and pathological examination.Four weeks for a course of treatment,continuous treatment course of treatment and follow-up 15d,70 cases to determine efficacy.[Results] Treatment group,12 cases were cured,15 cases,8 cases,remarkable efficiency of 77.14%.Control group,5 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,markedly effective rate 48.57%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] CHSGS combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis satisfaction is worth promoting.
