针刺及刺络放血拔罐治疗湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹10例

Acupuncture and Thorn Complex Bloodletting Drawn Tank in the Treatment of Acute Eczema

[目的]观察针刺及刺络放血拔罐治疗湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹疗效。[方法]对10例湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹门诊患者,针刺血海,三阴交,曲池,合谷,常规进针,强刺激泻法,留针30min。耳尖点刺放血:用手指按摩耳廓使其充血,对准耳尖快速刺入约2mm,放血5～10滴。刺络拔罐:取脾俞、膈俞、委中、大椎穴及皮损局部,用皮肤针重叩6～10次,然后迅速在穴位及皮损局部加拔火罐,拔出瘀血汁沫,视出血情况,3～5min起罐,消毒干棉球加压2～3min(皮损局部肌肉丰厚处、较平坦部位在点刺后迅速拔以火罐,瘦削、骨骼、关节部位仅施以点刺)。1次/d,10d为1疗程。连续治疗1疗程,随访半年,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈6例,显效3例,有效1例,无效0例。[结论]针刺及刺络放血拔罐治疗湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹疗效满意。

[Objective]the curative effect observation.[Method]10 cases of acute eczema（damp and hot accumulate skin type） were treated by acupuncture li4 sp10,three Yin chiao,quchi in shape,bloodletting,big job,the bilateral,spleen shu,ke shu and her lesions local thorn complex drawn tank method,once per day,10 for one period of treatment and follow-up of 3 months.[Results]10 cases were markedly improved,6 cases recovered,3 cases were markedly improved,effective 1 cases effectiveness and 0 cases.[Conclusion]acupuncture and the complex bloodletting drawn tank in the treatment of acute eczema（damp and hot accumulate skin type） effective.
