摘要
在气相法聚丙烯(PP)装置上开发了高刚性高耐热PP K1735树脂,分析了成核剂种类和添加量对产品结晶行为及性能的影响。在成核剂的作用下,PP结晶温度提高,制品加工的冷却时间缩短;结晶形态也发生明显变化,晶粒变得致密、细碎。树脂的刚性、热性能明显提高。产品弯曲模量达1 900 MPa左右,负荷变形温度大于100℃,其他性能均达到指标要求。
Polypropylene (PP) K1735 with high rigidity and high heat resistance was developed on a gas- phase PP plant. The influences of the types and amount of nucleating agents on the crystallization behavior and properties of the resultant resin were analyzed. Under the action of the nucleating agents, the crystallization temperature increased and therefore, the cooling time during the product processing shortened. The crystalline morphology of PP changed obviously and the crystal grains became more compact and fine, as a result, the rigidity and thermal properties of the resin were improved significantly. The resin's flexural modulus could reach 1 900 MPa, and its deflection temperature under load was higher than 100 ℃. The other properties of PP K1735 could meet the requirments of the norm.
