超滤膜对锅炉补给水中有机微污染物的截留特性

Rejection Characterization of Micro-pollutants on Ultra-filtration Membrane for Feed Water Treatment

摘要 选取五氯酚和五氯酚钠为模型污染物,考察在锅炉补给水中分子形式、压力、浓度等条件对超滤膜截留效能的影响。实验结果表明,五氯酚钠比五氯酚更易通过膜,五氯酚的截留率随着压力而改变,压力从0.1 MPa上升到0.35 MPa,截留率由70%下降到30%;浓度也会影响两者的截留率,压力在0.3 MPa时,浓度从5 mg/L上升到50 mg/L,截留率由70%下降到40%。 The effect of molecule shape,pressure,concentration of organic micro-pollution's transportation on ultrafiltration membrane was studied with pentachlorophenol and sodium pentachlorophenate as targets.The results show that sodium pentachlorophenateis can pass the membrane easier.The rejection is different with different pressure.Rejection rate reduced from 70% to 30% with pressure drops from 0.1MPa to 0.35MPa.Also concentration can also affect the rejection.Rejection rate reduced from 70% to 40% when concentration increases from 5mg/L to 50mg/L.
