摘要 在分析哈锅自主研发的新型墙式切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧器技术特点的基础上,针对贵溪电厂600 MW超临界锅炉炉膛出口烟温偏差过大(最大达139℃)的问题,通过调整SOFA燃烧器水平摆角、二次风及SOFA风门挡板开度,大大降低了两侧烟温偏差(降至60℃以下),提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。 On the basis of analyzing the technical features of burners for wall tangential firing boiler independent designed and made by Harbin Boiler Co.Directing against the existence of big flue gas temperature deviation(up to 139℃) at the furnace exit of 600MW supercritical boiler in Guixi Power Plant,through adjusting horizontal swing angle of SOFA burners,secondary air and SOFA air damper opening,greatly reduced both sides of the flue gas temperature difference(reduced to below 60℃),improved the economy and security of the boiler operation.
