吹管技术在超(超)临界机组直流炉上的应用及比较 被引量:7

摘要 通过对比在实际吹管过程中贵溪电厂640 MW超临界直流炉采用稳压吹管法和新昌电厂660 MW超超临界直流炉采用降压吹管法,总结了超(超)临界直流锅炉吹管技术特点,提出了稳压吹管技术和降压吹管技术的控制重点,对锅炉蒸汽吹管工艺实践中须注意的技术问题和吹管效果进行了分析和探讨,为其它工程实践提供借鉴。 Through making a comparison between the stable pressure blowpipe method which used in the actual process of Guixi Power Plant new blowpipe 640MW supercritical once-through boiler and the decompression blowpipe method which used in the actual process of Xinchang Power Plant new 660MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler,summaries the blowpipe technology characteristics of the ultra/supercritical once-through boiler,puts forward the control key of the stable pressure blowpipe technology and decompression blowpipe technology.Attention should be paid to the technical problems in practice of the boiler steam blowing process and blowpipe effects are analyzed and discussed.
