摘要
锅炉尾部烟气中CO浓度检测是实时监测锅炉运行状态和锅炉热效率的重要组成部分。通过对现有CO检测方法和原理的介绍分析,确定非分散红外吸收法和半导体激光吸收光谱法是实现CO实时在线监测的有效方法,然后从系统安装位置、烟气处理方式、系统稳定性和经济性3个方面对电厂在线式CO监测技术的应用进行了分析,结果表明基于非分散红外吸收法的抽取式监测系统是目前实现电厂烟气CO在线监测的唯一选择。
CO concentration detection in boiler flue gas is an important part of real-time monitoring of boiler operation and boiler thermal efficiency.Through the introduction of the existing CO detection methods and principles,the non-dispersive infrared absorption method and diode laser absorption spectroscopy method were determined as effective methods to achieve real-time online monitoring of CO.The power plant on-line CO monitoring techniques were analyzed from the system installation location,flue gas treatment method,system stability and economy,the results show that the extraction monitoring system based on the non-dispersive infrared absorption method is the only choice of power plant flue gas CO monitoring.
