摘要
集中控制系统在石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫装置中的广泛应用为脱硫系统自动控制调节回路的实现提供了基础。自动控制调节回路的应用可以一定程度上降低运行操作的劳动强度,并大大降低了人为误操作的风险,有利于脱硫系统的稳定运行。通过对脱硫系统主要自动控制回路的介绍,阐述控制调节回路的主要作用、实现途径和调节手段。
The widely applications of DCS in the limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization unit provide a basis for the realization of the desulfurization system automatic control regulating circuit.The application of automatic control regulating circuit can reduce the labor intensity of the operation,and greatly reduce the mistake operation risk,which is conducive to the stable operation of desulfurization system.In this paper,we introduce the main function,realization way,adjusting means of the automatic control regulating circuit,which provide a reference for the design and adjusting.
