金黄色葡萄球菌对克林霉素的诱导性耐药研究和分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解金黄色葡萄球菌对红霉素和克林霉素的耐药情况及对克林霉素诱导性耐药的发生率。方法K-B法检测金黄色葡萄球菌对红霉素和克林霉素的耐药性,头孢西丁纸片扩散法检测耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA),D-试验检测克林霉素诱导型耐药。结果240株金黄色葡萄球菌,MRSA占55%,红霉素和克林霉素耐药率分别为74.2%、55.4%,二者同时耐药(结构NMLSB耐药)的菌株占55.4%,240株金黄色葡萄球菌D-试验阳性占所检测菌株的14.2%;45株红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感金黄色葡萄球菌D-试验结果:阳性率为75.6%。结论金黄色葡萄球菌诱导克林霉素耐药的发生率处于相对较高水平,临床细菌室应重视D-试验以指导临床合理选择抗生素。
