摘要
在对深水无隔水管泥浆举升钻井系统关键设备和水力学计算结果分析的基础上,提出了水深500m和1 500m情况下的无隔水管泥浆举升系统配置方案。针对不同水深情况,给出系统布放方案选择的原则,提出舷侧布放和月池布放2种方案,并对不同布放方案的优缺点进行分析。结合目前无隔水管泥浆举升钻井工艺应用情况,对不同水深情况下系统安装的平台准备和水下设备下入流程进行分析。通过对无隔水管泥浆举升钻井系统与现有海洋装备的匹配及其配置与安装流程制定的研究,对于经济有效地达到钻井目标具有重要指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the essential equipments and hydraulic calculation results of the deepwater non-riser mud recovery system,this paper presented the respective configuration of the non-riser mud recovery system in the case of the water depth is 500 m and 1500 m.With deliberation on the different water depth,the paper presented two arrangement deployments,over-the-side and moon pool deployments,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these two arrangement deployments.Combined with the development of the non-riser mud recovery drilling system,a study of rig preparation and procedures of subsea equipments installation was made,considering the difference of water depth.According the research of the machine of the non-riser mud recovery drilling system and existing offshore drilling equipments,this paper has important directive significance for the achievement of deepwater drilling objective.
