摘要
疲劳破坏是海洋工程结构的一种主要破坏模式。导管架平台受到海洋复杂载荷的作用,由于交变应力的随机性以及材料性能的分散性,结构的疲劳具有随机性和不确定性,因此要从概率的角度进行疲劳可靠性分析。采用ANSYS软件对导管架平台建模,利用S-N曲线模型以及Miner线性损伤理论,对结构的疲劳可靠性进行评估。将整个导管架结构系统简化成串并联模式,应用分枝限界法来寻找系统的主要疲劳失效模式,并对系统的可靠性作出评价,以供工程实际参考。
Fatigue Failure is a main failure mode,especially for jacket platform structure.The marine loads have complicated effect on offshore jacket platform.Because of the randomization of alternating stress and material dispersion,structural fatigue own uncertainty and randomization,the probability method is used to analyze fatigue reliability.The ANSYS was adopted to calculate and evaluate the fatigue reliability of jacket platform through finite element model technique.The fatigue life of structural elements is estimated based on the S-N curve and Miner's theory.The system of jacket platform is simplified to series parallel mode,using branch and bound method to search the mainly fail model,and evaluate the system reliability.It can be used as a reference for engineering practice.
