摘要 螺杆泵水力特性曲线是在特定转速下检测得到的,并且测试承压点间隔较大(约1MPa),不能直接应用于设备选型及工作参数优化计算。通过对螺杆泵水力特性室内检测数据的分析,给出了螺杆泵特性检测曲线数学推导及表达方式,建立了室内检测曲线任意转速下曲线形式的计算方法,并给出了在设备选型及工作参数优化具体应用实例。室内及现场试验表明,该方法切实、有效、可行。 Normally,the progressive cavity pump(PCP) hydraulic characteristics curves are tested under certain rotation velocities with higher differential pressure interval(around 1MPa),which leads to the test result incapable being used directly in the appropriate selection of pump models and optimization of operation parameters.Through research and analysis of bench test data,a calculation and mathematical expression method was presented for PCP characteristic test curves,the calculation process for the new deducted curves under any wanted rotation velocity based on test curve,as well as the application examples in field pump models selection and operation parameters optimization.The indoor and field tests showed that the method was feasible and effective.
