摘要 针对常规多级分注时封隔器解封起钻拉力大、作业风险高、洗井困难等问题,研制了一种多级分注封隔器。该封隔器具有坐封压力低、油套环空加压解封、解封状态下洗井以及可重复坐封等优点,有效地解决了多级分注技术难题。2011年在长庆油田现场应用5口井,最大分注级数4级,最大井深2 551m,封隔器验封合格率100%,解封洗井作业顺利,封隔器可重复液压坐封,为多级分注提供了有效的工艺技术支撑。 A multi-stage separated layer water flooding technology packet was developed aiming at problems of big packet unset pulling up,high risk,and difficult well-washing.It has the advantages of low setting force,casing over pressure unset,lifted wash well and repeated sit sealing.Five Wells application in Changqing oil field in 2011 year were made,the largest separated layer water flooding level was four,the maximum well depth is 2,551 meters,with 100 percent seal rate sealing after packer inspection,lifted wash well was successful.The packer can be repeated with hydraulic packer.It provides an effective technology means for deep well multi-stage separated layer water flooding.
