摘要
本文主要分析了企业中工作的妇女受歧视的现状和社会根源,并从反歧视理论的视角,探讨企业社会工作如何促进女职工的权益保护问题。
This paper mainly analyses the present situation and social root of the discriminated women working in the enterprise,and from the perspective of the theory of anti-discrimination,it discusses how to promote the female worker' rights protection with enterprise social work.
