摘要
介绍了利用氩氧精炼技术生产中低微碳铬铁合金的原理及过程。对传统的电硅热法工艺与氩氧精炼新工艺进行了全面对比分析,并通过多次氩氧炉精炼中低微碳铬铁合金的新工艺实验,摸索出了5 t AOD炉氩氧精炼铁合金新工艺的流程。
This paper introduced the principle and process of producing medium-low-micro carbon ferrochrome by argon-oxygen refining techniques. Comparative analysis on new argon-oxygen refining technique and traditional electro- silicothermic process. According to more experiments of refining medium-low-micro carbon ferrochrome by argon-oxygen refining technique, finding out the flow of new ferroalloy argon-oxygen refining technique.
