摘要 将流化床技术应用于铁合金冶炼生产中,有效地克服了传统回转窑技术的难题。采用流化床技术可直接进行粉矿预处理,不再需要造球或压块等烧结工艺,同时,通过与直流矿热炉技术相结合,可有效利用能源和低品位粉矿,降低了生产成本,减少了环境污染,应用前景广阔。 The fluided bed technology is applied in the production of ferroalloy production and the technological problems in the traditional rotary kiln is effectively overcome. The ore fines is directly preproeessed by using the fluided bed technology and the sintering process of pelletting and briquetting and so on are needed no longer, at the same time, combined with DC-arc furnace technology the energy and the lower-grade ore fines can be effectively used, which reduces the production cost and the pollution of the environment. The fluided Bed technology has the broad prospect of application.
