摘要
压力管道设计中,管径和壁厚的合理取值尤为关键,它牵涉到整个设计过程的始末。因此,设计过程中如何选择合理的管径和壁厚,就显得非常必要。文章介绍了压力管道中管径和壁厚选择的基本方法;设计时可按预先选取的介质流速计算出最小管径,然后壁厚可近似按薄壁圆筒公式计算,向上圆整到标准规格即可。此方法即方便又简捷,可节省大量不必要的工作。
It is the key to choose the size of diameter and thickness of wall during pressure pipe design.It is involved the whole process of design.So,it is very necessary to how to choose pipe diameter and wall thickness rationally during the course of design.The basic method of choosing pipe diameter and wall thickness of pressure pipe is introduced in the article.It is that: the minimum pipe diameter is calculated in advance when the medium flow rate is chosen,and the wall thickness can be approximated by the thin wall cylinder formula,and then round it to the standard specification.The method is easy and simple,and quantity of unnecessary work can be saved.
