调节剂丁对热法丁腈橡胶合成与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用十二烷基苯磺酸钠替换拉开粉后,在其他工艺条件不变的情况下,考察了调节剂丁的用量及加入方式对热法丁腈橡胶(NBR)合成及性能的影响。结果表明,调节剂丁1次加入时,随着调节剂丁用量的增加,聚合时间延长,NBR的凝胶含量、门尼黏度及数均分子量逐渐降低,分子结构未发生明显变化;当调节剂丁分3次加入时,NBR的门尼黏度、凝胶含量及数均分子量相对于1次加入均有所降低,并且随着调节剂丁用量的增加,NBR硫化胶的拉伸强度和300%定伸应力下降,扯断伸长率提高;调节剂丁适宜总用量为0.34~0.36份。 Effects of the amount and adding modes of regulator D on the synthesis and performance of hot-polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) were investigated with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as emulsifier instead of nekal BX under the same other conditions.The results showed that under the condition of one-step adding mode,with the increase of regulator D,the polymerization time prolonged,the gel content,Mooney viscosity and number-average molecular weight of NBR decreased gradually,and the molecular structure had no significant change.Compared to the one-step adding mode,the three-step adding mode decreased the Mooney viscosity,gel content and number-average molecular weight,and with the increase of regulator D,tensile strength and modulus at 300% of NBR vulcanizates decreased,but elongation at break increased.The appropriate amount of regulator D was 0.34-0.36 phr.
