摘要
介绍了1,4-丁二醇的生产方法及其进展,包括雷珀(Reppe)法、丁二烯法、环氧丙烷法和正丁烷/顺酐法等;分析了国内外1,4-丁二醇的生产消费现状及发展前景。2011年我国1,4-丁二醇的总生产能力约为504 kt/a,消费量约为367 kt/a;预计到2015年总需求量将达到约600 kt/a,而届时的生产能力将超过1 500 kt/a,产能大大过剩,未来市场竞争将十分激烈。国内相关企业今后应该慎重新建装置,同时不断开发新技术,调整产品结构,拓宽用途,以确保该行业健康快速发展。
1,4 -Butanediol production technologies including Reppe process, butadiene process, propylene oxide process and n - butane/maleic anhydride process and the progress of these techniques are introduced, and the production, consumption and application prospect of 1,4 -butanediol both at home and abroad are analyzed in this paper. Total domestic production capacity and consumption of 1,4 - butanediol was about 504 kt/a and 367 kt/a respectively in 201l. It is estimated that total domestic demand of 1,4 - butanediol will reach about 600 kt/a in 2015 when the production capacity of 1,4 -butanediol will exceed 1 500 kt/a and become significantly surplus, indicating that the market competition will be very fierce in the futtire. Domestic production enterprises shall be very prudent in making the decisions of building new production facilities in the future, and shall develop new technologies, regulate product structure and expand the apptication of products constantly so as to ensure the healthy and rapid development of this industry.
