摘要
以ZrO2-Al2O3负载硅钨酸为催化剂,以丁酮和乙二醇为原料,催化合成丁酮乙二醇缩酮。探讨了丁酮与乙二醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂及反应时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在n(丁酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1.0∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的2.0%,带水剂环己烷8 mL,反应时间60 min的优化条件下,丁酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达81.7%。
Butanone glycol ketal was synthesized chemically with ZrO2-Al2O3 supported silicotungstic acid as the catalyst and butanone and glycol as the materials. The effects of mass ratio of butanone to glycols, catalyst amount, water carrying agent and reaction time on product yield were studied. According to the results, the yield of butanone glycol ketal can reach 81.7% at the optimized conditions, i.e. n (butanone) : n (glycol) = 1.0 : 1.5, catalyst consumption accounts for 2.0% of total mass of reactants, the amount of water carrying agent cyclohexane is 8 mL, and reaction time is 60 min.
