摘要
太阳热反射涂料在使用过程中不可避免受到环境的侵蚀,其环境适应能力将决定着其使用寿命。依据相关国家标准对样品进行耐沾污试验与人工气候老化加速试验,测试老化与沾污前后样品半球发射率与太阳反射比。结果发现:太阳热反射涂料环境适应性不仅取决于其自身的耐沾污性能,还与其所用树脂的耐老化性能有关;太阳热反射涂料的半球发射率受环境因素影响不明显;而老化沾污复合作用下太阳反射比的变化可作为考察太阳热反射涂料环境适应性的指标。
The solar heat reflective coatings is inevitably eroded by environment. Its service life is deter- mined by the environmental adaptability itself. According to related national standards for contamination re- sistance and artificial weathering, the sample was tested and the pre - and post values of solar reflectance and hemispherical emittance were measured. It was found that the environmental adaptability of solar heat reflective coatings depended on not only the contamination resistance but also the aging resistance of the resin used. Furthermore, it was not obvious that the hemispherical emittance of solar heat reflective coatings were influenced by the environmental factors. Finally, the change of solar heat reflectivity under the compound effect of contamination and aging could be used as the key index to evaluate the environmental adaptability of solar heat reflective coatings.
