激光熔覆法纳米Fe_3Al/Al_2O_3梯度涂层在钢板上的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用激光熔覆法在45#钢板上制备了纳米Fe3Al/Al2O3梯度涂层。利用扫描电镜对涂层微观结构进行表征,用HDX-l000数字式显微硬度计测试梯度涂层的显微硬度,用MM200磨损实验机进行干滑动磨损试验,用焊点热电偶法测试涂层材料的热障性能,进行抗热震试验以反映和表征梯度涂层材料的界面结合强度和耐久性。实验结果表明:所制得梯度材料的组成、结构和性能均呈梯度变化,硬度、耐磨性、热障性能、耐氧化腐蚀性能均有显著提高,具备涂层材料的功能优势,梯度涂层材料抗热震性优良,提高了涂层结合强度,从而可保障功能梯度材料作为工程材料的可靠性和耐久性。 The Fe3Al/Al2O3 functional gradient coating (FGM) was prepared by laser gladding process. The microstructure of the FGM coatings was revealed by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The micro- hardness, wearing weight loss, thermal barrier property, interfacial bonding strength and thermal shock re- sistance were respectively studied by using HDX -1000 idgital microhardness tester, MM200 wearing tester, and thermoconples. The results indicated that the chemical composition, microstructure and properties of prepared coatings were all changed according to graded distribution, and the microhardness, wearing weight loss, thermal barrier property and corrosion resistance were all enhanced significantly. The prepared coatings showed superiority as functional coatings. The gradient coatings could provide excellent thermal shock resist- ance, and the interfacial bonding strength was greatly improved, which ensured the reliability and durability as engineering material.
