隐源性肝癌肝硬化与隐匿型乙型肝炎感染关系比较

Cryptogenic Liver Cancer Liver Cirrhosis and Occult Hepatitis B Infection Relationship

目的:探讨隐源性肝癌肝硬化与隐匿性乙型肝炎感染的关系。方法:对我院2008年8月～2011年9月收治的52例隐源性肝癌患者、43例隐源性肝硬化患者进行血清HBV核酸检验,并与同期在我院住院的非肝病患者60例作为对照组,比较三组患者隐匿性乙型肝炎感染率,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果:隐源性肝癌患者中,有16例隐匿型乙型肝炎感染,隐源性肝硬化中,有8例隐匿型乙型肝炎感染,对照组中,仅2例隐匿型感染,三组患者比较有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:隐源性肝癌和隐源性肝硬化患者多存在有较多隐匿型乙型肝炎感染,隐匿型乙型肝炎感染可能会诱发隐源性肝癌和隐源性肝硬化的发生。

Objective：To investigate the relationship of cryptogenic liver cancer liver cirrhosis and occult hepatitis B infection.Methods：52 cases of cryptogenic liver cancer patients admitted to hospital in August 2008-September 2011,43 cases of cryptogenic cirrhosis in patients with serum HBV nucleic acid test,and with the same period in our hospital,patients with liver disease 60 cases as a control group,three groups were compared in patients with occult HBV infection,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results：Cryptogenic liver cancer patients,16 cases of occult hepatitis B infection,cryptogenic cirrhosis,eight cases of occult hepatitis B infection in the control group only two cases of occult infection,three groups of patients were significantly different,P0.05.Conclusion：Cryptogenic liver cancer and cryptogenic cirrhosis in patients with more than exist in more occult HBV infection,occult HBV infection may induce the occurrence of cryptogenic liver cancer and cryptogenic cirrhosis.
