经腹部B超联合阴道B超在异位妊娠诊断价值的探讨

The Diagnostic Value Discussion of the Ectopic Pregnancy with Abdominal B Ultrasound Joint Vaginal B Ultrasound

目的:探讨经腹部B超联合阴道B超在异位妊娠中的诊断价值。方法:选取在我院妇产科治疗的86例经手术治疗后病理切片证实为异位妊娠的病例,回顾分析运用阴道B超检查和经腹部B超联合阴道B超的检查结果,并与手术后病理诊断结果进行分析,比较2种检查方法对异位妊娠的诊断价值。结果:经阴道B超诊断有65例与术后诊断相符,符合率占85.53%;经腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断有72例与术后诊断相符,符合率占94.74%。2种不同B超检查方法检查后对异位妊娠诊断正确性比较,有校正χ2=4,P<0.05.提示运用腹部B超联合阴道B超对异位妊娠的诊断较好。结论:运用腹部B超联合阴道B超对异位妊娠具有重要的诊断价值,能提高对异位妊娠的诊断。

Objective：To explore the diagnostic value discussion of the ectopic pregnancy with abdominal B ultrasound joint Vaginal B ultrasound.Methods：Chosen 86 cases by surgery pathological slices after confirmed ectopic pregnancy in the obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital,retrospective analysis using vaginal B ultrasound examination and the abdomen B ultrasound joint vaginal B ultrasound examination results,and analysis pathology diagnosis results after the surgery,compare the diagnostic value of ectopic pregnancy with two check method.Results：After vaginal B ultrasonic diagnosis there were 65 cases conforming to the pathology diagnosis results after the surgery,the coincidence rate was 85.53%;the abdomen B ultrasound joint vaginal B ultrasound examination results had 72 cases,the rate was 94.74%.Two different methods to check B ultrasonic examination of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis accuracy compared,the correctionχ2=4,P0.05.Hint use the abdomen B ultrasound joint vaginal B ultrasound examination to the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was good.Conclusion：Using the abdomen B ultrasound joint vaginal B ultrasound examination to ectopic pregnancy had important diagnostic value,can improve the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
