乳腺癌术后患者生活质量及家庭关怀度的调查分析

To Investigate the Quality of Life and the Family Care after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的:研究乳腺癌术后患者生活质量及家庭关怀度。方法:选取我院乳腺癌术后患者51例为研究组,对照组选择51例乳腺良性肿瘤术后患者。应用乳腺癌生活质量量表及家庭关怀度量表对两组生活质量及家庭关怀情况进行评价,研究两者的相关性,并分析影响乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的因素。结果:乳腺癌术后患者生活质量分项评分中社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况及总评分均显著低于乳腺良性肿瘤术后患者(P<0.05～0.01);乳腺癌术后患者的家庭关怀度评分显著低于乳腺良性肿瘤术后患者(P<0.05);家庭关怀度与生活质量总评分(r=0.461,P=0.001)、生活质量五个维度中的社会/家庭状况(r=0.283,P=0.044)及附加关注(r=0.507,P=0.000)有显著的正相关性。单因素分析显示,患者年龄、受教育程度、TNM分期及术后美容效果是影响乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的因素(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:乳腺癌术后患者生活质量及家庭关怀度偏低,患者的家庭关怀度、年龄、受教育程度、TNM分期及术后美容效果是影响乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的重要因素。

Objective：To investigate the quality of life and the family care after breast cancer surgery.Methods：51 patients after breast cancer surgery（experimental group） were observed and 51 patients after benign breast tumor surgery were as the control group in our hospital.They were evaluated by measurement scale of quality of life for patients with breast cancer（FACT-B） and family APGAR index questionnaire.To investigate the relationship between the quality of life and family care and to analyze the related factors influencing the quality of life in the experimental group.Results：The quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group on the dimension of social/family well-being,emotional well-being,functional well-being and total of quality of life（P 0.05~0.01）.The family care scores in the experimental group were less than those of the control group（P0.05）.The level of the family care was positively correlated with total of quality of life（r=0.461,P=0.001）,the dimension of social/family well-being（r=0.283,P=0.044） and additional concerns（r=0.507,P=0.000） in patients after breast cancer surgery.Univariate analysis showed that the age,cultrural degree,the TNM stage,hairdressing effect after surgery significantly influenced quality of life（P0.05~0.01）.Conclusion：The quality of life and family care of patients after breast cancer surgery were low.The family care,the age,cultrural degree,the TNM stage,hairdressing effect after surgery were the major factors influencing the quality of life after breast cancer surgery.
