序贯放化疗与单纯化疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效比较分析

The Comparative Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Older Locally Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer by Sequential Radiotherapy Chemotherapy and Chemotherapy Alone

目的:探讨序贯放化疗与单纯化疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效比较情况。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效,依据治疗方式不同分为单纯化疗组40例和序贯放化疗组50例。结果:序贯放化疗组总缓解率明显高于单纯化疗组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。序贯放化疗组不良反应发生率高于单纯化疗组,差异无统计学意义。结论:序贯放化疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效明显,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective：To approach comparative analysis of therapeutic effect of Older locally advanced non small cell lung cancer by sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone.Methods：To retrospective analyze,clinical curative effect of Older locally advanced non small cell lung cancer of our hospital,which was divided into sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy group 50 cases and chemotherapy alone group 40 cases.Results：The total remission rate of sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy group was higher than chemotherapy alone group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance,incidence of adverse reactions of sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy group were higher than chemotherapy alone group,the difference were no statistical significance.Conclusion：The Clinical efficacy of Older locally advanced non small cell lung cancer by sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy were obviously,the low incidence of adverse reactions.
