百多邦联合喜疗妥对患儿静脉营养液外渗的疗效观察

An Observation of the Curative Effect of Bactroban Combined with Hirudoid Cream Inskin Damage Caused by Exosmosis of Intravenous Nutrition Liquid in Children

目的:观察百多邦联合喜疗妥软膏治疗因静脉营养液体外渗造成皮肤损伤的疗效。方法:将45例外科肠道手术后静脉营养期间发生液体外渗的患儿随机分为两组,观察组采用百多邦联合喜疗妥软膏外涂的方法处理,对照组采用传统50%硫酸镁湿敷患处。观察两种方法对液体外渗后局部皮肤肿胀、疼痛、变性坏死的疗效。结果:观察组有效率96%,对照组有效率45%:两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:百多邦联合喜疗妥外涂治疗术后静脉营养患儿液体外渗效果良好,减轻患儿痛苦,促进局部皮肤损伤愈合。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Bactroban combined with Hirudoid Cream for skin damage caused by exosmosis of intravenous nutrition liquid.Methods：We divided 45 child patients into two groups randomly.Each afflicted part in observation group was doubed by Bactroban combined with Hirudoid Cream and each afflicted part in control group was wet compressed by traditional 50% magnesium sulfate,then we compared curative effect of the two methods through observation of local skin swelling,pain and degeneration necrosis.Results：The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group and the difference between two groups had statistically significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bactroban combined with Hirudoid Cream for children skin damage caused by exosmosis of intravenous nutrition liquid has good effect,which could relieve pain and promote local skin damage healing.
