中心摆药站给临床工作带来的问题分析及对策

目的:探讨中心摆药站摆药模式。方法:采用对临床科室发药护士采取半开放式问卷调查的方式,发现存在的问题。结果:临床科室共提出核对困难、药品的有效期及质量很难掌握、摆药后交接的问题、对停药医嘱执行的困难、药品卫生的问题、分劈药品不准确、合理用药问题等。结论:中心摆药站摆药模式需改进,以方便临床使用。
