慢性脓胸纤维板剥脱术的治疗及护理

Chronic Pyothorax Beaverboard Exfoliative Technique the Treatment and Nursing Care

目的:探讨慢性脓胸胸膜纤维板剥脱术的治疗方法及相应护理措施。方法:全部32例慢性脓胸病例均采用胸膜纤维板剥脱术,配合手术前后呼吸道准备、肺功能锻炼、并发症的预防等一系列的护理护理措施,总结其治疗及护理经验。结果:通过手术治疗及以上护理措施,所有病例脓腔全部清除、瘘口闭合,患肺功能得到有效改善,取得了明显的临床疗效。结论:胸膜纤维板剥脱术是治疗慢性脓胸较理想的手术方法,配合合理的护理措施会更好的抬高疗效,可有效减少和预防并发症发生,缩短住院天数。

Objective：To investigate the surgical treatment of chronic pyothorax method and corresponding nursing.Methods： All 32 cases of Chronic empyema disease were performed by decortication threshes,With the operation of respiratory tract preparation,lung function exercise,prevention of complications and a series of nursing measure,summrized the treatment and nursing experience.Results：Through the operation treatment and nursing measures mentioned above,all cases of abscess cavity all cleared,fistula closure,suffering from pulmonary function was improved effectively,had obtained apparent clinical curative effect.Conclusion：decortication exfoliative art is the treatment of chronic pyothorax ideal surgical method,with reasonable nursing measures will better raise curative effect,can effectively decrease and prevent complications,shorten hospitalization days.
