护理干预对人工全膝关节置换术后患者功能恢复的影响

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Total Knee Replacement Surgery in Patients with Functional Recovery

目的:探讨护理干预对人工全膝关节置换术后患者康复的影响。方法:对2010年8月～2012年2月我科收治患者59例,72膝,其中骨性关节炎44例、创伤性关节炎12例、类风湿性关节炎3例,患者采用人工膝关节置换术治疗的病人进行术前准备、术后护理、疼痛控制及功能锻炼。结果:术后病人患肢功能恢复优87%,良10%,差3%。结论:护理干预措施有利于患肢功能的早日恢复。

Objective：To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on total knee arthroplasty patients after rehabilitation Methods：From August 2010 to February 2012,the department admitted 59 patients,72 knee of which 44 of osteoarthritis,12 of traumatic arthritis,3 of rheumatoid arthritis that patients had total knee arthroplasty treatment with preoperative preparation,postoperative care,pain control and functional training.Results： postoperative limb function recovery with excellent in 87%,well in 10%,and poor in 3%.Conclusion：nursing interventions conducive to the early recovery of limb function.
