不同止血方法在脑血管介入治疗术后应用效果的比较

Different Hemostatic Methods in Comparison of Cerebral Vascular Interventional Therapy of Postoperative Effects

目的:比较在经股动脉行脑血管介入治疗术后手工压迫止血、海王星创口贴片及动脉压迫止血器(YM-GU-1229型)的安全性和有效性。方法:选择经股动脉介入治疗后应用手工压迫止血40例,海王星创口贴片40例,动脉压迫止血器40例进行比较,观察患者的止血时间,制动时间及患者不适和并发症。结果:在操作正确情况下,三种止血方法均成功止血,海王星创口贴片及动脉压迫止血器止血时间及制动时间均缩小,应用动脉压迫止血器患者术后不适症状的发生率较低。结论:经股动脉脑血管病介入术后应用海王星创口贴片及动脉压迫止血器止血的效果好,应用动脉压迫器并发症少,患者舒适度高。

Objective：Compared with after passes through femoral artery good blood vessel of brain involvement iatrotechnics the handmade hemostasis,Neptune band and the artery oppression hemostat（YM-GU-1229） the security and the validity.Methods：Selected application after Interventional treatment of femoral artery by manual compression hemostasis in 40 cases,Neptune band 40 cases,compared to the artery to stop the bleeding for 40 cases,observation of patients with bleeding time,braking time and patient discomfort and complications.Results：Under the correct operation,methods of three types of Hemostatic agents were successful hemostasis,Neptune band arterial hemostasis and bleeding time and braking time were reduced,application of arterial hemostasis in patients with lower incidence of postoperative discomfort.Conclusion：Cerebral vascular disease of the femoral artery intervention Neptune band and arterial hemostasis after Haemostatic effect was good,less artery complications,in patients with high comfort.
