摘要
为了提高甜菊叶中甜菊糖苷的提取效率,将超声波和纤维素酶共同应用于甜菊糖苷的提取中,研究其对甜菊叶中甜菊糖苷的提取率的影响。通过对液料比、纤维素酶用量、温度、超声时间和超声功率五个单因素进行分析,并利用正交试验进行条件优化。实验结果表明:当液料比为12,纤维素酶用量为0.15%,提取温度为60℃,超声时间为80min,超声够率为50W,该条件下甜菊糖苷的提取率为12.94%;提取率比水提高出2.90%,并缩短了提取时间,降低了提取温度。
In order to improve the extraction efficiency of stevioside,ultrasonic and cellulose enzyme were used in stevioside extraction,and studied the impact of stevioside extraction rate.Five single factors,such as liquid material ratio, enzyme dosage,temperature,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power,were analysised and orthogonal test was used to determine the best extraction condition.The experimental results showed that;liquid -material ratio was 12,enzyme dosage was 0.15%,extraction temperature was 60℃,ultrasonic time was 80 min and ultrasonic power was 50W;under such conditions,the stevioside extraction rate was 12.94%.The extraction yield increased 2.90%than the water out,and this method shortened extraction time and reduced extraction temperature.
