摘要 甜味抑制剂中除有效成分2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸钠外,总糖含量也是一项重要指标。本文介绍了甜味抑制剂中总糖含量的测定方法。试样采用1:1的盐酸,在100℃水解反应2h,用直接滴定法(斐林氏法)测定总糖含量,可获得满意的效果。在此条件下,麦芽糊精水解完全,而且甜味抑制剂中的2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸钠对总糖测定无干扰。该测定方法精密度高,RSD为1.2%。回收率好,平均回收率为97.8%。该方法简单易行,为甜味抑制剂产品标准制订,质量控制提供了检测依据。 Besides sodium 2-(4-methoxy phenoxy) propionate,the total sugar content in sweetness inhibitor is also an important index.This paper describes a method for the determination of the total sugar content in the sweetness inhibitor.The sample was hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid(1:1) at 100C for 2h,and the total sugar content was determined by direct titration(Fehling).The results were satisfactory.In this condition,maltodextrin was completely hydrolyzed,and sodium 2 -(4 - methoxy phenoxy) propionate had no interference during the determination.The precision was good(RSD = 1.2%),and the average recovery was 97.8%.The method is simple and provides reference for the standard and the quality control of sweetness inhibitor products.
