甜味抑制剂中总糖含量的测定

Determination of the total sugar content in the sweetness inhibitor

甜味抑制剂中除有效成分2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸钠外,总糖含量也是一项重要指标。本文介绍了甜味抑制剂中总糖含量的测定方法。试样采用1:1的盐酸,在100℃水解反应2h,用直接滴定法(斐林氏法)测定总糖含量,可获得满意的效果。在此条件下,麦芽糊精水解完全,而且甜味抑制剂中的2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸钠对总糖测定无干扰。该测定方法精密度高,RSD为1.2%。回收率好,平均回收率为97.8%。该方法简单易行,为甜味抑制剂产品标准制订,质量控制提供了检测依据。

Besides sodium 2-（4-methoxy phenoxy） propionate,the total sugar content in sweetness inhibitor is also an important index.This paper describes a method for the determination of the total sugar content in the sweetness inhibitor.The sample was hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid（1：1） at 100C for 2h,and the total sugar content was determined by direct titration（Fehling）.The results were satisfactory.In this condition,maltodextrin was completely hydrolyzed,and sodium 2 -（4 - methoxy phenoxy） propionate had no interference during the determination.The precision was good（RSD = 1.2%）,and the average recovery was 97.8%.The method is simple and provides reference for the standard and the quality control of sweetness inhibitor products.
