2009—2011年上海交通大学医学院附属第三人民医院住院患者麻醉药品应用分析

Use of Narcotic Drugs in No.3 People's Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University During 2009-2011

目的:对2009—2011年我院住院药房麻醉药品临床应用情况及用药趋势进行分析,为临床合理应用麻醉药品提供参考。方法:利用医院数据库,统计2009—2011年我院住院药房麻醉药品名称、用量、使用科室、销售金额等数据,计算药品消耗量、用药频度(DDDs)等相关指标并进行分析。结果:连续3年芬太尼透皮贴剂DDDs排序均居第1位,硫酸吗啡控、缓释片分列第2、3位,且用量逐年增长,盐酸哌替啶注射液连续3年DDDs排序均为最后一位。结论:我院住院患者麻醉药品管理规范,选择基本合理。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo and tendency of the inpatient use of narcotic drugs in our hospital during 2009-2011 so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of narcotic drugs.METHODS： By using hospital databases,the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital during 2009-2011 were analyzed statistically with regard to drug names,consumption amount,departments where the narcotic drugs were used,consumption sum,and DDDs etc.RESULTS： Over the three consecutive years during 2009-2011,fentanyl transdermal patch took the lead on the list of DDDs,followed by Morphine controlled release tablet and Morphine sustained release tablet and the consumption amount of which increased year by year,with Pethidine hydrochloride injection ranked in the last place.CONCLUSION： The use of narcotic drugs in the inpatients of our hospital is standard and the choice of the drugs was basically rational.
