摘要
目的:分析南京市高淳县人民医院上报的抗菌药物所致药品不良反应(ADR),为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2006—2010年上报的614例ADR进行统计分析。结果:614例ADR主要累及皮肤及其附件,其次为胃肠道损害。结论:应继续做好ADR监测工作,减少ADR的重复发生。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by antibiotics reported by Nanjing Gaochun County People＇s Hospital for clinical reference of rational drug use.METHODS： A total of 614 ADR cases induced by antibiotics submitted from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： The ADRs in the 614 cases presented mainly as lesions of skin and its appendants,followed by lesion of gastrointestinal tract.CONCLUSION： Great importance should be attached to the ADR monitoring so as to reduce incidences of ADRs.
