摘要 本文详细叙述了天津某无缝钢管厂J55钢级37Mn5Ф73.02×5.51mm冷拔油光管生产的工艺过程,及在工序生产中的注意事项。经过大量的生产实践,证明该工艺方案可行,生产出的成品管壁厚、外径尺寸精度高,力学性能指标符合标准的要求。 This essay gives a detailed elaborates on the production process of 37Mn5 Ф 73.02 × 5.51 cold-drawn shiny tube with steel graded J55 produced by a seamless pipe plant in Tianjin as well as the precautions during the production process. After a great deal of actual the production practice, the production scheme has been proved feasible andenable the plant to produce final products with highly precisethickness and outside diameter.Moreover, the mechanical properties comply with the requirements of the standard.
